Hi, I am Claire, founder of DR ME. I work with busy professionals who require a helping hand getting in control of their health and wellbeing, and as a result lead happier, healthier and more productive lives. 
DR ME session focus on health from a whole-body perspective by looking at the following key areas: 
  • Diet
  • Resilience
  • Mind
  • Exercise
Making small changes in all or any of these areas will help prevent illness and positively impact on all other aspects of life including career, relationships, and money. Our bodies' wellbeing is fundamental to everything we do in life. To ensure we thrive in all aspects of, it is therefore essential to maintain optimal physical and mental health. 
Through interactive group workshops, personal one-to-one sessions, and talks I inspire people to understand why it is important to consider health as a vital necessity. We discuss ways to implement healthy changes to ensure that every individual can adopt positive behaviours into their daily routine, forming new healthy habits and as a result vastly improving their energy levels and wellbeing. 
My aim is to get people feeling the healthiest they possibly can, and therefore more energised, alive and thriving in all areas of life, rather than simply surviving. We are all given one body and one life, we need to love it and live it.
